Ingredients:
1 onion, finely chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
450g ground beef
700g cabbage, shredded
1 tbsp tomato paste
Spices:
Cumin
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
Garlic powder
Instructions:
In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until they are fragrant and golden.
In a separate bowl, mix the ground beef with cumin, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Combine well.
Add the seasoned ground beef to the skillet with the onion and garlic. Stir in 1 tablespoon of tomato paste and cook until the beef is browned and fully cooked.
In a baking dish, layer the shredded cabbage and cooked beef mixture alternately, starting with a layer of cabbage.
Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of cabbage on top.
Cover the dish and bake in a preheated oven at 150°C (300°F) for 30 minutes, or until the cabbage is tender and the flavors have melded together.
