Mappa success is less about money and more talented directors, animators, FX artists, etc. But they have decent conditions for their workers (at least so far) so that's a step up. Anyway because of their talent and uncommonly larger team they can work on significantly more projects without (hopefully) over working their staff. Also yes their success has profited in lots of cash. Oh and be sure to give props to the tons of freelanceer animators that put in work on these shows.

@@BeliPlays they have re main (waterpolo anime already out) and idaten deities on July 22nd for summer Takt op destiny for fall Chainsaw man fall or winter AOT S4p2 winter this year and jjk movie on December 24th (winter this year ) Maboroshi movie probably in spring 2022 Yuri on ice movie date TBA if they decide to release it before maboroshi movie They have 8 animes each in 2019 and 2020 In 2021 already 4 released

@@BeliPlays pretty much every anime studio with the exception of a few such as Ufotable are overworked and severely underpaid(you can probably make more money from McDonald's). But Mappa is even worse at overworking their animators ans giving them really tight schedules such as Attack on Titan. With Aot some of the episodes were literally barely finished just a few hours before it streamed

@@BeliPlays Yeah I think they should atleast get a decent pay for their work. Instead of near minimal. Paying them really good can also have consequenses like them being more lazy and such, even tho they do deserve it. I think we are having rlly great animation quality is also solely due to the payment being so low probably so I think they should atleast raise it to a decent level.

Guys No one is overworking in Mappa without Attack on titan animators they are big studio every staff is diffrent

​@Madhushri Patil yeah mappa have likely +300 people in studio one of the biggest studio in japan and 35 40 person enough to make a good anime so They should make 7 8 animes for everyones can work (sorry for my english)
