The trick with Bar-X when you get 3 nudges but cant get a win is; Theres usually two reels that have an X one nudge away, and one reel with an X two nudges away, so you're always one nudge short right....nudge the reel with the X thats two places away three times, and you'll usually end up with three O on the win line, and 3 X above and sometimes below the win line, then when it offers the hold, hold ALL 3 reels even though they're Os, and it'll spin in a 3 X win, often with a hold all 3 repeat before the next spin....
