The spicy pork ribs are also one of my favourites. From the name of the restaurant, the cousine of the food is from Southern Thailand. In general, Southern Thai cousine is the spiciest among 5 Thai cousines.

The pineapple curry is called Gaeng-kua sab- bpa- rod. It is one of the best curry after Gaeng musamun and Green curry. The whole country loves this dish but It is too bad that it is not well known.

What I'm thinking is you're eating like Mark Wiens style. You can really eat spicy food, especially at the restaurant that we called "Kao kang pak tai" which is Southern Thai curry recipe. Almost all menu items are so spicy, even some Thai people cannot have that. You can become Thai person within a few years, unbelievable!

Wow, another next level! every side dish you picked in khao gaeng is my favorite. I can eat it every day. 😂 One thing to enjoy eating khao gaeng is trying new side dishes to discover your favorite ones, because there are so many options to choose from. 😍

This restaurant serves southern style food. It is very spicy and hot. Even I, as a Thai, cannot eat much of this food. It is too spicy for me.
