To this day, I get the occasional comment about how I “robbed” this nice lady. Here’s the deal…She was only a hired person / company that was tasked with clearing a property. She had no emotional or financial attachment to anything there. No money collected was to go to anyone who did have emotional or financial attachment. She was days away from having to HIRE additional help to finish clearing it out and taking it to the dump. That’s why this deal was so good. I am no stranger to paying extra sometimes but No one was robbed! Also, keep in mind that even though there was a lot it was not all in sellable condition and a majority of the stuff that did sell took a lot of work to get it ready. This was a completely mutually beneficial situation. Thanks for watching.

Thanks for clearing that up. Comment deleted because I assumed wrong so my apologies. Seems fair enough.

I don't know. This is just my opinion if someone sells you something consensualy then there is no reason to feel any kind of way bad about your resale. Department and grocery stores buy cheap and sell high. So. People are making a living. If people want to sell their things they have the liberty to do so.

Something to think about, and I know this is an older video, but being in Indiana you might want to watch for precision tools. I find that one of the things about knowing what to buy is asking yourself if you like the item for the price offered and if you can possibly make money off it. If the answer is yes, then it is likely a good buy. Trust your instinct and know what you can afford. Of course, if you happen to see something and you (know) it is a great deal don't hesitate. Be careful, pay attention, and have fun doing it.

She was doing her job of getting stuff sold and out of there. That’s why she was there, many times the owners are hesitant to see an item sold and/or the price seems to low because it’s their’s. She was doing a great job and I’m glad you got to pick there. Again I’m late, but going thru old videos to watch you at least a couple times a week !
