Thanks for the appreciation. Definitely a pool is missing, there is some nice rooftop space for a jacuzzi if water is a must. Keep it locked, there is a similar unit with a much larger garden coming soon.

Beautiful house but is severely lacking in outside garden space. Neighboring houses are cramped next to it. Do share architect and developers' details.

The home is beautiful The garden is just enough for such a townhouse, though it appears deceptively small in the visuals, there is enough greenery to enjoy a nice barbecue outside and even kick a ball about. With the current sharp rise in construction costs you may be surprised that to achieve a home of this size and spec of finishes, it will still be a hefty sum. The main saving would be in the location you choose to put it up.
