My dad is 83 years old and his dream vehicle I remember since I was about 10 years old, a BMW r100rs motorbike, he never got it, every time he had money something else came first, he even just finished building his own house, living in a trailer beside it for over 3 years, carved out the side of a hill to make the land flat enough to build on..he built a 5 bedroom/3bathroom house for him and his 80 year old girlfriend...three floors but they sleep on the ground floor because she can't make it upstairs, he has built his own epitaph to prove he could, made from stone and tile....he'd never waste money driving cars that would always get homesick every time they passed a junkyard but now he lives on the top of a valley with the best view, the biggest house with no use for 4 of 5 bedrooms but he built it, he built it.

My child will never have to "pay me back" for anything. From the day she was born she has deserved and gotten the best of everything I could give her; as mine did for me. It's good to help your parents, but I find these videos to be nothing more than grandstanding. (Like people that record themselves helping the homeless. Who/what are they posting the video for?
