There are many guitarists in malaysia who can play like malmsteen and the most were from the 80s, the era of which malmsteen shocked the world with his genius fusion of heavy metal with neo classical. Among those were joe jasad liar, ija medicine, shahrul ekamatra, anjang terarosa just to name a few. Anyway i dont deny that eddy too can imitate malmsteen, al fateha for him.

Its not just about playing fast its about tone,musical composition writing vocal lines and catchy riffs.most shredders cannot seem to write whole songs with a proper structure as a package and they are all copying malsteens style which are unique to him. The seem to be just clones ..they should develop ther own style unique to them. Artists are not the same as technically proficent musicanns,ood composers are not two a penny

While technical proficiency is impressive, it's the combination of tone, musical composition, writing vocal lines, and creating catchy riffs that truly defines a musician.
