Its a nice recipe but it is for zucchini lovers. Its an absolute overload of this flavour. I skipped the outside zucchini entirely. Also I made the base cake thinner than it is shown here. And I didn't roll it, just cut it in squares and then saute it a bit more. It tasted good.
