You don't need the fingerprints highlighted under UV for photos. As long as you take a picture exactly where the prints are under UV it will count. Also if you use the ouija board you can take a photo of it when it's moving for some extra cash.

Crucifix won't work as yous don't allow sanity to go low enough for the ghost to attempt a hunt.

Pretty sure you Gotta go a little crazy to trigger the hunt to have the crucifix actually work. I know it's gotta be close and it's tricky but it's how it works I'm pretty sure. Sometimes they hunt while you're sane but rarely.

When listening for the ghost listen for doors opening. Ghost are making that noise as you guys don’t make noises when doors open, only when you close it it makes noise. So when you hear the door open that’s the ghost location, look for doors that are cracked open.
