Keto lloj pitesh ketu ne Turqi sherbehen shume bukur, pasi te vjen kebapi apo kaurdia ne saç apo qofte nga me te ndryshmet me meze te pafunda ne nje kanister te veshur me rrobe vjen kjo pitja si ballon dhe ate qe ke porositur e ha me kete pite. Eshte nje mini show i shefave turq por ne ne kushte shtepie nuk mund t'i ruajme te fryra pasi pergatisim disa dhe nuk duam te na thahen dhe i mbulojme me nje pecete kuzhine derisa t'i konsumojme. Nese do i perdorni per mengjes mund t'i lyeni me gjalpe ashtu te ngrohta dhe vendosini njera mbi tjetren duke i mbuluar me diçka qe mos te ftohen.
Receta:
6 gota miell
1 paket maja =1 luge gjelle
1 luge gj, kripe, pothuajse 1 luge jo te plote.
1 filxhan kafeje vaj,
Pothuajse gjysme filxhani vaj per te shpetuar doren nga brumi ngjites.
(Gota qe shihni eshte 200 ml. Dalin gjithsej 10 pite )
Hi my dear friends! This kind of pita bread in turkish restaurants comes as a mini show from turkish chefs because it has a gorgeous balloon look. and is very tasty when it is served with different kebab or any kind of meat plate. We will prepare it at home but we can't preserve the ballon look because we will make some of them and when we cover so they don't cool down the balloon look will disappear. if you will use them for breakfast put some butter on top of each one and cover with something to preserve the heat.
You can consume them with cheese or anything you want.
The recipe
6 cups flour
1 pack of yeast = 1 tablespoon
1 tbsp of salt
75 gr oil and 3 tbsp of oil to save the hand from the sticky dough.
With this measurements you can make 10 pita balloon bread
