Really liked this video. No dumb and annoying music, no wasted time showing irrelevant stuff, no flashy and unnecessary graphics. The audience of this topic is technical in nature and we don't care for superfluous stuff, just facts and technical data. Well done!

i know not a thing of machining....but im completely and utterly amazed by those high precision machines and equipment!!! Its so mesmerizing to watch them to their thing!!! im retired now but had i seen these things and this trade in my teens i would definitely have pursued a career in engineering and machining!!! I just love it!!! Thanks for these ultra cool videos!!!

Although being fascinated by the videos that come from India in their machining and manufacturing processes this level of expertise and precision will forever be elusive there.

Very enjoyable video, though I wish you understood the processes instead of reading a script. One correction, and I'm not trying to be pedantic, is the separation between Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC). Many people mix the two but they are quite distinct. QC is altering the manufacturing process, intermediate measurements and other optimizations to make sure the part is being made exactly to spec. QA is the post-manufacturing process that assures the product meets all specifications. This involves both non-destructive testing (NDT) such as ultrasonic testing, X-ray, Magnaflux and dye penetrant, among other things. Destructive testing (DT) involves stressing the various parts and the entire assembly until something breaks. Sectioning a heat treated part, followed by acid etching is a method to ensure that the proper thickness of hardness is achieved. Occasional samples are pulled from the production line for DT. DT is how the manufacturer of those oilfield valves can specify a maximum working pressure and an ultimate pressure, a point where failure is probable. QA testing often leads to feedback to the production line in both the processes and changes in QC procedures.

I'm very sorry for this inconvenience. In the past, I made a lot of videos without naration, but viewers prefer videos with naration. Could you please turn off or turn down the sound when watching the video and turn on the captions? Thank you very much for taking the time to watch the video on YouCanDo TV channel and leave comments.

What the heck does their use of “heat pump” usage at the factory have anything to do with boring and hydraulic parts production.

Man, that is a LARGE piece of Inconel. That stuff is not cheap to produce, is very specialized and incredibly hard to machine.

Video feed is interesting but the voiceover with chatGPT-generated text narrated by robot does not add value to a video and in fact makes it much worse. Its just a bunch of buzzwords ("to ensure the smooth an safe opeartions the process must adhere to high standards of bla bla bla").

Trepaning videos are stolen from David Wilks, without attribution. The others are probably stolen too. Only the BS is yours. I should report you but grassing on people is not my thing.

It's not even a real channel. Its just an algorithm stealing clips from videos containing keywords, and a computer narrating it. A computer channel, with botted likes, and botted comments just like 95% of the internet now.
