2014-2020 Mercedes Benz GLA250 Diagnose Steering Angle Sensor Problem using a Scanner

Am having this issue in my infiniti qx30 it is the same as the Gla 250 do you have a part number for me I can't find a video on how to fix this issue I called the dealer they mentioned I need to replace the dash wire harness and that they don't make it any more a cost of 10,000 cost please help..Thanks
