Yeah, agree with @Motivationalbankz, you missed the center dash panel fuse location. I think it's under the driver's side panel, right under the steering wheel.

Same as @Motivationalbankz, you missed the center dash fuse panel under the steering wheel. Need to remove the knee panel under the steering wheel to get to the fuse box.
