I’m not sure but a band I would recommend just on personal preference is the EMBNN band it can be used for all of the stretches he did

What’s a good drill for a catcher to stay connected in his back leg?

Thank you!! I’ll have my son start these right away. Any advice about pain on the bottom of the foot after the game?
@jaydenjara012 жыл бұрын
he should start to sit on the balls of his feet and not on his tippie toes
@daltonhagood50592 жыл бұрын
Watch how much on his toes he is. If he’s too far on his toes it will cause both pain and imbalance. He should be a good middle between heels and toes. Try pushing him lightly and if he falls over or loses balance he’s too far on his toes or heels
