It's clear that my comment and statement on this post aren't addressing about the male lead (Fheng Shaofeng) or even the female lead (Victoria Song) but instead I'm talking about the supporting characters from this drama (the fire prince portrayed by Jiang Chao & the mermaid princess portrayed by Medina memet) which leads both of them to end up together and got married in real life

For those who'er asking why the Ice Prince has to be punished for hurting the Fire Prince, that's because, someone must take the blame. The Ice tribe knows exactly what kind of King the King Fire is, so in order not to give him any reason to declare a war, ones life must be sacrificed. I watched a lot of kdrama historical genre and it's same as this. Someone always has to take the blame to keep peace.

Both side doesn't know who's the real culprit for killing the fire prince coz the villain there is lotus she made both side fighting coz of revenge..from beginning to end it's lotus and xuanji (kongshi real dad) are their real enemy in this drama but he use the hand of fire king s always to attack the snowblade or ice clan
