The case of the father's death was not investigated properly, which means that the police in charge were in the pocket of the bad guy hence a whole 40-episode drama. I am surprised that the ML did not have it investigated thoroughly sooner to include his sister going under hypnosis to get to the truth of who really caused the father's accident. But, of course, we all know that it was Mr. Evil himself, the former friend, classmate, or whatever of the ML's father. I could tell that was the back of his head and his voice when the sister remembered and looked out of the back car window at them talking.

Her mother told him that she would feel guilty and regrets for all her life so she would underestimate herself, she would take steps back in their fights or squirrels, she would do everything in order to make him happy but herself miserable and uneasy. She told him that she knew her daughter well and as mother she wouldn't want this for her child. He's in love with her and wants for her to be free and happy. He's in pain but he would prefer to let her go and move on with her life rather to be chained and painful with this relationship. He also wouldn't know if she was with him because of love or guilty. Unfortunately this is the most make sense breakup in dramas and the only way to separate a couple in love and happy..

ok this car crash story is just kinda ridiculous... first of all a small paper lantern like that will burn the paper up and then the fire will go out unless there's something else to burn... that big of a fire would have had to have the car coated in fuel for it to burn that long. secondly, if you realise your brake and working you don't keep stepping on the gas: you take your foot off of the gas, try to get in the slowest lane and let the car come to a natural halt. it will stop eventually if you don't step on the gas. also: don't frantically turn around the wheel and you won't hit stuff on the edge of the road. so unbelievable... edit: you can also use the hand brake at least once you're slow enough. not the smoothest stop but you will stop. especially with such an old car...
