what i really admired about Yibo is using words with no sugar coating, straight to the point and positive critisism. There is no doubt that everytime he speaks we always learned something.. plus its too early judging him, like his choices of team, or alike.. you will never be more than happy if you are with people who almost think like you.. ofcourse there is struggle but just wait till he turned the table..he was born ready later youll see him using awesome strategies.. ..actually all team captain is awesome 💗 i started watchin Street Dance of China just recently bcoz of yeah Yibo but i stay here because of exploding talents and love pf the participant on their craft plus the people behind the show has very brilliant mind.

1:31:42 I haven't seen Ma Xiaolong before this season. But he's wonderful, not only as a dancer and choreographer but also in understanding what's going on in others' works. Clever and perceptive. And he seems to be beautifully spoken.

On Lay's team's Yin-Yang routine (24:35) -- the Chinese choreographer (I know face, I don't know name... ^^), I became a fan from SDC3 -- his routines are always freakin' artistic and amazing!..^^

Huang Xiao Lǎoshī ! He is definitely one of the best choreographers in China... a genius.

Huang Xiao is not only an excellent dancer and choreographer but he's a true artist. It makes me sad that he's so underrated. He can dance many styles, he can act, and he has come up with meaningful concepts that are executed perfectly time and time again. I think it's because he's not your typical "street style" he gets overlooked despite his versatility.

Yibo might seem curt and upset here and I feel like it's because he was going through a lot at this time. He volunteered for flood relief at Henan and spent all his free days at the frontlines rescuing people, and got no rest or time to practice, I'm guessing. He had also recently lost his grandfather and mentioned in ttxs that his family worries about his grandmother now living alone as she refuses to move in with her kids, so he's sort of going through a difficult phase. Plus he was shooting a movie at the same time. He must have been so tired. Yet he stayed strong and the fact that he came up with a perfectly enjoyable performance is more than good enough.

Im a fan of YiBo Team, his team is strong but suddenly i feel sad for him now maybe his too busy in this time thats why something is missing on him, but whatever it is win or lose dont be too sad YiBo ur still the best and the King of Battle for me 💚👑

Oh wow, I love WYB but I feel like he was too harsh on his team. He made the mistake of picking a team full of a similar HipHop/Popping style. And it made their dance seem very one dimensional. But he then critiques the team members quite a lot, I think that he just made a big mistake picking his team members and not having any chorographer present to give them fresh ideas. He went to strength instead of strategy.

Yes a mistake for not having choregorapher . But he prefers old school dancers who are good at battles. In the end they have to battle to stay in team.

His strategy is strength and it worked really well for him last time. You have a point in saying that maybe he should have picked a choreographer, but I don't think he was too harsh. He's honest and direct about what he thinks of his team. He also didn't exclude himself - he said that "we" had problems syncing and a choreographer would've helped with the dance.

Actually he wasn't harsh. The screen director only shows that he was speaking blandly and that's why it looked harsh but later yibo- official release bts and they were actually having fun throughout the whole rehearsal. It's like last year, during water stage, in the show they shows yibo copied bouboo's floor move and above bouboo's head they added "??" Like he's confused but the truth was bouboo was teaching him. So please don't totally judge the captains (all of them) based on this show.

1:11:20 Still watching so I don't know the results of the voting yet, but I feel Wang Yibo's team knocked it out of the park here. Henry Lau's team had great ideas but overall I felt it tended to looked scrappy, with ideas strung together rather than a structure (the bitsy costuming didn't help here). Wang Yibo's team was just tight and clean and in sync, really polished and powerful (just a small fluff at the end). It looked more like they were dancing for the sake of dancing rather than trying to impress. Edit: Well they lost. It's not a surprise. But I still prefer it overall. Maybe it's mostly the costuming. There's just too much flap and colour-difference-distraction in Henry Lau's team. Wang Yibo's team looked spic.

Are you out of mind ,just coz yibo team has great dancers & presented clean moves other dance is looking crappy to you . yibo team just danced to beat nothing new while Henry team presented well along with dancing . The result was kinda obvious Color distraction really😂

1:29:09 I understand the difficulty of FOD. But it seems a kind of continuity error-taking the audience out of the performance-to have the umbrella thrown offstage by one of the dancers, and then returned on to the stage at a convenient moment by someone who is not part of the performance.

I love Bouboo. He's insane. I preferred the energy between Three and Rochka tho as opposed to Bouboo and Nelson. Bouboo needs a big personality to match with. Nelson is like 😐 and Bouboo is like 🤪. It just doesn't work well for them. It felt boring, bland, low energy. They didnt really make me say "wow". Rochka and Three deserved the win imo. It's disappointing because Bouboo and Nelson have great ability and potential. Also, sorry if the comment section is filled with my random comments 😅 I just say my opinions as I go.

100% Asking people they have been dancing with and having fun with for weeks to them judge impartially is impossible! of course they will like the people who they spent the most time with... The external judges were better I feel. They should have asked the other dancers to judge earlier on in the show, before they got to know each other too well.

Yeah... I didn't get why they thought choosing the contestants to judge their friends, former teammates, and foes, was a good idea. It's impossible that everyone will judge without bias. I'm sure many took the responsibility seriously but I feel some voted based on who they like more rather than who's overall performance was best.

The energy and spirit of the show is really lacking compared to season 3. They also don't seem to like actual street dance anymore. It's kind of weird.

I honestly prefer this season after watching the entire thing compared to last season. They didn't have a lot of battles in the beginning because they could show off all the individual dancers more I think. The battles near the end were really fun to watch though.

I feel we didn't really get to know the contestants as much this time around. Things went too quickly, and a ton of people got eliminated before we could even remember their names. Could just be me, though.

I feel like Ibuki is overrated, honestly. I get that she's cute and has a lot of energy, but what else is she offering? She sells herself as an "all-around dancer" but all I see is waacking. I guess it's just my personal preference but I dont find waacking to be a very impressive genre. It's amazing how quickly they can move their arms around, but it gets old, and there seems to be little possibilities in regards to choreo, freestyle, and different genres of music. I think a well-rounded dancer should be able to not only use their arms but their entire bodies as well. You really don't see much impressive footwork with waacking. Waacking is the only style I'd never heard of before this show, so perhaps I'm just ignorant to it, idk. Any opinions?

I actually disagree with Yibo for once. And I also disagree with Jr. Taco. I dont think David and Liangs performance nor choreography were bad. I however felt that Liang did not meet David's difficulty level. Liang looked stiff and at times delayed. I didnt feel he fully executed the moves with the level of power, funk, and flexible that David had. So seeing them side by side made it very obvious to me. And when the dance ended I actually was concerned that he had hurt himself because of how stiff his leg was but I guess thats just the way he is lol

​@@crystalchoi2686 yes, the whole "toe tutting" thing. He said he created it but got called out by the original artist or something apparently. From what I've read an Indian artist called the show requesting credit for the dance move and instead of giving credit San'er doubled down and claimed the Indian guy was his friend when the guy didn't even know him lol imo I think it's great to get inspiration from other artists and use their moves. After all, every move in dance no matter how basic or staple, was once created by someone somewhere. But give credit where it's due and don't go on a competition and present someone else's work.
