they say they're up for a sequel, but they're waiting for the perfect story. apparently, my treatment for tucker and dale vs. the wolfman, didn't cut it. though i'm now thinking tucker and dale vs. evil dead is a movie that needs be made. the rights would be a bitch to figure out, and i'm pretty sure campbell'd come out of retirement for a cameo. climax: tucker, broken and incapacitated. allison, unconscious. dale, on the ground with a deadite standing over him. he pushes himself along the ground, grapping anything he can to beat off the deadite. (don't be weird. unless that's your thing. not here to kink shame.) folley: we hear a two stroke revving of a chainsaw. cut to a 2/3 shot of the deadite standing over dale. chainsaw bursts through its abdomen and works its way upward. cut to dale being doused in gore. a hand reaches out. dale takes it and's lifted from the muck. "hope you don't mind me lending a hand (heh), you boys seem pretty new to this. the name's ash. ash williams." ftb, roll credits and the torch is passed. well, here's to wasting the next year of my life because a young lady had to comment on the similarities of hillbilly architecture.

Interesting facts about Tucker and Dale vs Evil (2010) Alan Tudyk came up with the idea to pour beer on his face to treat Tucker's bee stings. Towards the end of the movie, when Tucker & Dale are reminiscing about catching frogs at the creek. Dale mentions that he used to lick them. Tyler Labine actually did lick a Toad in a small role he had on The X-Files: Quagmire (1996) 14 years prior. Tyler Labine chose the "GIV'ER" hat to wear as Dale for two reasons. First, it looks like the word "GIVER" alludes to his kind and generous nature. Second, it is the Canadian equivalent of "Git 'er done," the redneck phrase popularized by Larry the Cable Guy. Tyler Labine came up with the idea to wear a hat that says "Giv'er" on it. Jesse Moss and Chelan Simmons both appeared in Final Destination 3 (2006).
