By doing this, they can see not only how tough their targets are, but also to see what they do to fight back. Hiding themselves, diversions, traps, etc. So it would make sense they would have different visions to find their targets if thermal vision alone is not enough.

The three predators ar called Bad Bloods. They don't hold to the typical code of honor that the normal predators live by. They are also different because they are super predators. Laurence explained that a little before he turned on them.

Topher grace's character was probably the biggest predator of the whole group. He actually was not a doctor at all but a serial killer that could fit into a role so well (such as playing a doctor) that he blended right in. When the DVD came out a comic was included that showed when each one was grabbed by the bad bloods. He was stalking a nurse at the time about to make her his next victim when those infamous 3 red dots appeared on his back as he was walking toward her scalpel in hand.

For those who don't know: the story of the predator movies is expanded in comics and novels and every character from each movie has a follow-up (hopefully not for the last movie). In this case, Royce and Isabelle basically go separate ways and survive for a few hunts. Royce eventually manages to steal a ship and escape but I don't remember whether he takes Isabelle with him or not (I think he doesn't).

He and Isabelle actually don't steal a ship. I found out what happens to them thanks to the audio tapes in the game Predator: Hunting Grounds. The other Predators give them both a lot of honors for killing the Bad Bloods, and they spend a lot of time with them, but eventually the two of them go their separate ways. Both are given their own ships, and Isabelle wants to return to Earth, but Royce says he can't go back to Earth, saying he doesn't feel like he'd belong there anymore. Instead he says, "I need to find them" and he sets his ship's course in a different direction (I'm convinced he's looking for Yautja Prime, the Predator homeword). However, Isabelle sets her ship's course for Earth, and she eventually makes it back, where she gets picked up by the OWLF, Dutch, and Sean Keys (son of Peter Keys) some time after the events of the 2018 Predator film.

Fun Fact: The Plant Edwin(Topher Grace) identifies called "Archaefructus liaoningensis" is actually a long extinct plant, like, Early Cretaceous 125-100 Million Years Ago. So it means Predators have been eyeing our planet for trophies for MILLIONS of YEARS in the movies.

There is a sequel to this story in the comics. The sniper woman (Isabelle) does make it off planet. Royce decided to go to the alien home world to meet the predators and learn more about their species. They even gave him his very own set of predator armor.

That camp set was in Austin Texas. You could see it from the airport while taking off. The place they came out of the water after the camp was outside Austin as well. So was the dried out stone riverbed where they tried to find north. I live about an hour and a half from there. Also, Troublemaker Studios is based out of Austin.

Predators is highly underrated in my opinion it introduces a new genetic breed of Yautja, with some new tech/variation of tech I can forgive the references to the Original Predator, because there's enough new things to enjoy Adrien Brody is cool in this, he sells the hunting the hunter vibe surprisingly well. Bro yes omg the way I see the movie is that the humans that are chosen to be on the planet were all in a way a predator in their own way on earth since each human was capable of killing and surviving on their own, so then once the yautjua predators begun hunting the humans each human is basically a test to weed out the stronger ones. The humans that survive receive armor such as the one Noland had for surviving 10 seasons. Idk man I loved this movie so much there are no flaws

Nikolai is played by Russian actor Oleg Taktarov, former UFC MMA fighter ( some of his fights are epic and brutal), stuntman and practitioner of Sambo and Judo. One hell of a nice guy who's very humble and friendly. He's been in a number of western movies, playing Russian gangsters, prisoners, cops, Spetsnaz,bank robbers you name it he's done it.Over 40 movies in total all over the world. He's also in a number of movies as part of the fight and stunt crew.

The 3 new species of Predator were Bad Bloods, Predators that are outcast by their kind for dishonour. They show numerous signs the obvious one being attacking and killing the original one, another sign is during their fight it accepts a duel but uses its Plasma caster when the battle isn't going it's way. Also there is a bunch of comics for this movie both digital ones and physical, they tell prequel stories for the characters and the aftermath for Brody's character and the woman.

It's really too similar to the 1st movie: - The jungle theme - The guy with the minigun, the African guy who can sense the predators (like Billy). - They fall from a cliff into a river - Royce shouting "Come on, kill me" (like Dutch) - The Yakuza guy slowing the predator (like Billy) Fun facts: 13:41 that running alien was the first draft of what should've been the predator before they redesigned it. 18:00 Before exploding Nikolai says in Russian "You're a ugly motherf****"

In your Predator 2 reaction around 28:28 time, you said what I've been saying. They could've connected all 3 of the films. I mean they sort of did when Alice Braga said she knew what it was....but to me it would have been more interesting had Lawrence Fishburnes character been Danny Glover. And the dead solider in the beginning who died in the traps was Arnold. Basically who ever survives the Predator, (Predator 1 & 2) gets abducted to this off world for another hunt. That could've opened up the entire story. Especially with Adrien Brody & Alice Braga surviving on this planet with no way of getting off. That could've connected an AVP movie with a sequel.

Interesting facts about Predators (2010) The pool with the overhanging rock, where the group ends up after the jump from the cliff, was found in Texas, during location scouting. However, when the scene was shot a few months later, the temperature had dropped considerably, and water had started to flow from the rock. Not only did the actors have to be submerged in freezing cold water, but the noise from the waterfall also made the recording of usable dialogue impossible. Alice Braga read a sniper manual in preparation for her role and carried a fourteen-pound sniper rifle around with her during shooting. One indication that the Predators have been using the hunting grounds for a very long time is when they first come into the Predator camp (just before they see the classic Predator on the totem pole), there is a Neanderthal skull next to a human skull on the ground as a trophy. The Neanderthal subspecies became extinct forty thousand years ago.

I kinda like the look of the Berserker Predator (the big one in the final battle) even though he's a bad blood (outcast). Also, didn't mind the look of the Tracker & Falconer Predators

There are multiple clans of predators but also 2 different factions that really don't like each other 😂 the hybrids which were the three and the traditionalists which was the one they captured. It will make more sense in the movie the predator. The traditionalists follow a more strict "moral" code in they're hunts while the hybrids not so much. The hybrids are all about becoming more powerful even by using gene splicing they're own dna with other creatures to become stronger, faster and more intelligent. But they don't care much for honor or a code which makes the traditionalists hate them and vice a versa.
