The only reason why this whole title race thing is getting blown up is because Enzo is ignoring the future and staying focused on the present moment. By definition we’re in the title race. We’re playing better than Arsenal, We’re playing better than City. We all understand there’s no pressure to go all the way. If we have a bad run and end up finishing 3rd or 4th it won’t be the end of the world. I think it’s fair to say with chest we’re the only team capable of challenging Liverpool. Maybe Arsenal get their act together, maybe by some miracle City rediscover who they were. Maresca is right to take it day by day because if we keep consistently picking up points the title might just choose us.

When Maresca was appointed, I had my doubts, especially after how pre-season went. The only little hope I had is that he has led a team to a title, even if it was the championship. Maresca has done really well as a manager so far and proving us wrong💙 Agree, Chelsea are not in a title race. Another reason is that injuries are now hitting our already shaky defense. Big tests are coming up to see if we can sustain this form. Lastly, if Arsenal don't win the title in Man City's worst season, it will be peak cinema 🍿 We will be there!

In regards to us being in a title race its pretty funny. Those people who predicted us being in 10th or even worse by the end of the season are the ones calling for us to have chest. Admiting we are title contenders. Yes we play some nice football. Yes we are finaly winning the games we are supposed to win. Not like last season under Poch were we droped points left right and center. So far we lost to City and LFC. We got a draw vs. Arsenal. If you want to be in a title race you have to win some of these "big fixtures". We are not there yet. But we will be in the future.
