Durability and battle iq go towards old Aiden. Durability- because he survived being hit by Wrench’s stun bomb in the first mission, as him you still fight against Rempart’s guards after being hit by another bomb that was made by Wrench(ironically), as and survives a coma( even though Jackson pulled him out of it). Battle iq is basically iq but based on how smart you are in combat situations

I got a unique dialogue randomly after doing a takedown as aiden in legion where he says "this is getting harder to do", and also when going into the dedsec hq he can randomly say "my knees hurt" so older aiden is definitely slower, and a bit more fragile because of his age, so I think that's a major reason on why younger aiden would win (also wtf, ubisoft? why tf did you make aiden middle-aged in his first game? would prefer at least something like 30 or late 20s instead of 39 so we can see him age and change as a character.)

With this it's a hard fight but i would have to go with bothe because with older aiden he has gained a lot more experience from last we see him in the first game and also in the new one he gets explosive rounds for any gun he uses witch is a shot gun, magnum and LMG but younger aiden has more guns and exsplosives and he can slow down time so it would be a close fight for sure.
