Young alumnus aspires to serve people of North Carolina

Meet Richard Livingston ’21, who’s returned to Carolina to get his master's in public service to continue to serve in local government. The two years Livingston spent as a senior project manager for Washington County, about 2½ hours east of Chapel Hill, confirmed that a career in public service is his calling and something he's eager to pursue once he earns his MPA.
