The only spirit that I guided was my deceased cat. I didn't believe in ghosts before, but he lingered in my room for 3 years after his passing. He appeared in a form of visitation dream to comfort me when I was in distress twice. One was the day he passed, and the other was 3 years later. In this second dream, I told him that he's free and should cross the rainbow bridge instead of comforting me. We had our farewell. Prior to the second dream, I'd be startled by an impact on my pillow on almost a daily basis. The impact did feel like a cat jumping on it, but I never made that correlation. I also had the first and last (thus far) sleep paralysis in which he appeared and chilled next to me. I always believed sleep paralysis to be scary experience and was thankful I never experienced it before, but this one? It was pleasant and lovely. I'm not scared of these spirits, and I honestly don't mind guiding them.

I clearly remember laying on my back on the floor as a baby. Looking at my father and his friend. I was so happy that his friend was talking to me. I can describe that flat my parents had in minute detail. My sister is amazed because we left that place when I was still a very young child. It was as though I was a fully understanding being that was looking out through the eyes of a human that as yet could not speak or let everyone know I’m in here and hearing you.

For the evolving human being, the secret is that you, at the most essential and real level, are infinite, deathless, and eternal. I also have memories of before I even turned a year old. I remember the set up of our home & all of my childhood homes. I never understood why "experts" would say you can't possibly remember baby memories & I would find myself correcting people a lot with their children, when their child would recall a memory & a parent tell them there's no way you could remember that. Unknowingly part of our programming, to shut down the true realities?🤔 Children would be a lot less medicated if parents would be able to understand the true purity of children's minds.

absolutely, 💯%. and because I always found it odd whenever people would say they didn't remember details about their life before they were 5 or 6 years young. as I recall not only snippets only, yes, but from when I was a toddler. even a few from when I was a baby, including the hospital birthing room or assigned room I was in immediately after I was born. additionally, I also have a few pre-birth memories [truly, only a few] but including some that appeared to be shortly before my birth - but also even a few memories from before I was a zygote in my bio mother's womb.🐣🐤🫄🏾🐥 so you're definitely not crazy, I believe you.☯️🙌🧚🏾‍♀️🪄🩷

Interesting that you mention the ego. I was having an enmity with my ego lately. And it's quite fun. To see it, it's facades, conversing with it. And I pray to God to not get caught into it. I find out that I am wicked too and can't do it by myself 😂

I have always thought that the vale or matrix is like the ozone layer, being all over us. But now because of a narrative I used to hear from the elders. That when a child can see the unseen world, the parents use to take him to a healer. Whom I call the local "men in black ". Anyway the healer washes the face of the child with blessed water. We call it ( seleum) in my mother tongue. And the goal is to strengthen the " vale". So the child won't see anymore in the spirit.The elders knew that much is given, much is required. And it's heavy for a child. But it seems like it's an expiration date to that too. So I wonder if the "vale" is individual? And some have less filters.
