Regarding the Sabbath and Muslims: Narrated Safwan bin Assal: "A Jew said to his companion: 'Accompany us to this Prophet.' So his companion said: 'Do not say: "Prophet". So he said to them: 'Do not associate anything with Allah, nor steal, nor commit unlawful intercourse, nor take a life which Allah has made prohibited prohibited, except for what is required (in the law), nor hasten to damage the reputation of one of power so that he will be killed, nor practice magic, nor consume Riba, nor falsely accuse the chaste woman, nor turn to flee on the day of the march, and for you Jews particularly, to not violate the Sabbath.'" He said: "So they kissed his hands and his feet, and they said: 'We bear witness that you are a Prophet.' So he (SAW) said: 'Then what prevents you from following me?' They said: 'Because Dawud supplicated to his Lord that his offspring never be devoid of Prophets and we feared that if we follow you then the Jews will kill us.'" Grade: Hasan (Darussalam) Reference : Jami` at-Tirmidhi 2733 That this was a covenant between Allah and the children of Israel is and was common knowledge among every Jew and Muslim is a fact. I don't understand how he doesn't get that. Very remarkable. Especially when Jews themselves would deem him to still be a polytheist due to other than ascribing divinity to Jesus... but even to claim sonship between God and Jesus is Shituf (Shirk in Islam) to them. This guy needs to do some reading about the first commandment before he uses the fourth as an argument, with all due respect.

I used to say "that boy will never turn muslim he's too ignorant".......That brother contacted me years later to tell me he reverted to Islam..... He died of a heart attack a month after he reverted... He had a clean slate and died after being muslim for a month! ...... Be kind to Don insh'Allah .... Allah guides whom he wills

Correction min 24:00 we do believe that it’s impossible for somebody to enter paradise if they died on believe that is other than Islam. And whoever desires other than Islām as religion - never will it be accepted from him, and he, in the Hereafter, will be among the losers. 3:85 So if someone dies on anything other than Islam Allah has made it HARAM for them to enter Hannah “Whoever associates others with Allah ˹in worship˺ will surely be forbidden Paradise by Allah. We repeat supplications and prayers, not JUST because we are speaking to Allah, but we do it for our own selves. So that WE instill within us Who Allah SWT is and where we stand in servitude to His Majesty, SWT. It’s widely known and accepted that repeated phrases to oneself is a way to change one’s habits and position ourselves to follow a particular path. This is human nature and how Allah SWT created us. Thus, He SWT Knows what is the best way for us to follow Islam and mold ourselves to make Islam easy for us to follow. The more you repeat a phrase, the more it becomes instilled in you as a belief. This is the wisdom behind repetition of prayers, supplications, Du’aas, adhkaar, etc. Not to mention, it plays a significant role in preserving the religion and authentic practices regarding the Sunnah. Repetition is a quality of mastery and preservation.

Mash'Allah, Sneako actually being a student of Islam, and not just pretending to be a Muslim. However, I do think he should continue to learn more before engaging in these types of discussions (for example, when he was asked whether Allah has any names in Islam, he said no, but we know of AT LEAST 99 names). I mean we do salat worship to Allah swt but when don said make a prayer in your head we cake dua threw the day dhikr threw the day i explained to my wife like salat is worship kind of like shes a christian they go to church on sunday and do music and all that and then they have prayer.so for us actually wr keep Allah swt on our minds very minimum 5 times a day but i know for me my whole day revolves around Allah swt theres no feeling like doing wudhu and prostrating to Allah its such an intimate thing

Christians really make dua (supplication) more. We have a ritual prayer system commanded by Allah for our benefit. Allah doesn't benefit from the prayer. You don't need wudu (ritual purification) to supplicate although it is encouraged to remain in a state of purity. As, Anghel mentioned the best place to supplicate is when our foreheads on the floor.

Asalamu Alaikum brothers, It is not that we pray / offer Salah in airports and the like to show off. We pray in public places because our prayers are to be offered per Azan which is the call to prayer. We must pray the way we do on time as there are 5 scheduled prayers in the day of a Muslim. Our Salah (Muslim prayer) is not merely supplications the Creator; it is a physical and spiritual endeavor which has its own rules. This is the proper answer to those who think that we do it for show. We are prohibited from postponing our prayers until we feel like it. Timely prayers are an obligation no matter where we are unless there is a substantial inconvenience or if there is danger.

All sins are forgiven for those who accept Islam. Qur'an 8:38. Say to those who have disbelieved [that] if they cease, what has previously occurred will be forgiven for them. ‘Amr ibn al-‘As reported: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Do you not know that embracing Islam wipes away all sins committed before it, that emigration wipes away what came before it, and the Hajj pilgrimage wipes away what came before it?” Sahih Muslim 121 .
