M23 can't be backed by word of mouth only, some new source of funding and young kenyans to join M23. Professor Lumumba hinted that Congo will fight many countries not only Rwanda if it's what DRC thinks. Kenyans have also been arrested along with M23 criminals.

The problem is that there's no tax accountability and alot of corruption. We generate so much revenue and had tax hikes last year but it all disappears because politicians are pocketing it. That's why Kenyans are so angry.
