I love Thieves. I've made a spray with it that I take with me to hotel rooms and bathrooms away from home, not to mention diffusing it for an hour at a time when I have sniffles from allergies, watery eyes, and stuffy nose (with eucalyptus).

What are alternative oils for cinnamon? I have an allergy to cinnamon and its hard to find blends that dont include it.

Just curious. What do you mean by diluted? YL has pure single oils and then they have the 'synergy' oils that are blended with other oils. Most of the pure oils, not all (as with Lavendar that can be applied neat), can be, and should be, applied with a carrier of choice. I hope this helps.

I am just getting into essential oils and learning about them and I have a question. Everything I read says don't put undiluted oil on your skin, but I see everyone in videos doing just that. So, is it ok or no? Thanks!

All oils are different and some are already diluted in the bottle. So it depends on the oil. Just read each label, it will give you the correct way to use it. 🙃👍🏼

This seems like a lot of oils to be putting on your skin every day.. are you sure its not having a toxic build up in your system? They are extremely concentrated.
