Sometimes people live together to ease finances. From my experience I reccomend either you let them live at your place that is legally solely in your name including the utilities. Only let them take 2 duffel bags with their clothes into your house. No more. Don't let them hang up pictures of them or you 2 on the wall either. If they are gonna pay rent etc them maybe let them be responsible for the electric bill but keep it in your name solely. This way if you have an argument and one of you will have to leave if the police are called them it will be them and not you. They can pack up everything quickly in those bags and can't prove residency at your place with pictures on the wall or them on the lease. Also never agree to leave and give up you place either. Either that or if you move into their place take you 2 bags but also be sure to secure a 24 hour storage for your belongings. This way you have a safe place to regroup at if she creates a fight and you got to leave. Insist on being put on her lease or utility Bill's also. Pay them with your card to document proof you have been a resident since if the police are called they can't force you to leave since you have a legal claim to the property as well. I promise this will save you the headache of getting your property being destroyed or make it much easier to remove her if you decide you need to

But then I met someone and they said, what if I caught someone doing something they shouldn't be doing? Like, stealing something that doesn't belong to you? Currently I'm fresh 24 years old. When I was younger I was on the romantic side, you know finding the one all that stuff. I've fallen in love with one girl, seemed to be perfect... well what happend after like six months of relationship she got into serious anorexia. As you probably guessed my white-knight mentality at that time kicked in and pretty much I did all I could to help her which was really exhausting but anyway we broke up after 1,5 years just before I went to collage. Once I started I did all I could to improve myself as much as I could, I did a lot of work during that time which paid off. Right now I'm living alone in rented apartment , working out 6 days a week for 1 year with strict diet, during this covid time a took 2 more jobs (with just one I was making a shitload of money where I live, approx top 10% income in country) which increases my experience and skills. After watching Rich I only commited a lot more into chasing excellence, not focusing on women but doing and living how I want. That's why April next year I'll be getting driving license for motorcycles (Honda vtx 1800 is waiting) and probably after I finish Master's Degree I'm going to enroll PhD studies.

Rich counters this guy right in the beginning countering everything this guy says, and he just says "ok" and asks him a different question. Doesn't seem like he was listening or really understanding. This guy just contradicted his whole world view and he's just like "oh ok, so how about fake it to you make it?". I feel for him, he seems confused and he's just scatterbrained asking a bunch of stuff, but he isn't actively listening or digesting what's being said. And to address "fake it til you make it" - I have seen this work for some, and not for others. It greatly depends on your career type and your charisma. Engineering for instance this isn't going to work. To a degree you have to know how things work to perform, so you can't really fake it, or at least fake it longer term. In a corporate company though as a sort of manager its certainly possible. I've seen people who barely did anything coast for years or longer. Large structure and varying responsibilities of a manager lend towards that. Most fail though even if the situation is favorable. I've seen the failures of people who faked it and were fired. Sometimes they setup in a new place, other times they were just fucked completely.

You don’t attract what you act out and you don’t even attract what you think; you attract what you VIBRATE. Yes getting a woman who sleeps with the soccer coach if that happens to you, you have attracted it because you have truer thoughts active in your vibration. Perhaps you felt incomplete. A lot of men (many on this channel) think it’s the woman being hypergamous when ITS THE MAN who selected the female partner for sexual marketplace value (I.e. the superficial appearance). You may have selected on the basis of little more than sex appeal, and you’re surprised when your hypergamy and your low self worth and your lack of masculine attributes are not problems fixed by “locking in” to an LTR. To use the LoA, chase excellence in EVERY aspect of your life WITH or WITHOUT another person.

Rich, would love to know your thoughts on not simply choosing a foreign woman to be with, but actually having your kids in that country as opposed to the nightmare that is the US, Canada, and even much of Europe. I've seen comments, blogs, and videos more recently by men discussing the possibility of having their family overseas because they want to have children of their own without risking the destruction that can bring in many of the areas mentioned previously. Would make for an insightful video I think.

62 still married 37. Have a friend of a friend who is a “no commitments entrepreneur.” Saw him walking through the park on my way back from lunch to work/my 40 year old father with two sons responsibilities. He looked pathetically lonely and asked if I wanted to go have some drinks? No! I’m not 20 years old anymore? Grew out of it in my 20’s! What you are advising here will lead you to his no stings attached 20 something, 40, and he is now 60 years old pathetic lonely life. The notches in your bedpost will never NEVER offset the fact that your unattached life will also lead to no one wanting to be attached to you more that for a short time. Been successfully single, married without children, married with children. If you have not done all that, you should not be giving your terrible advice to others. The latter is by far the pinnacle. Good luck with your 40 year old acting 20 something life. Hope you grow out of it and can help fix all the others you have “influenced.” Hopefully you can continue to do well as a self employed entrepreneur...a ego like yours makes you virtually unemployable.
