Young Person of the Year - 2022 Winner - Ame

Ame was born in Bangladesh but moved to London 3 years ago on a spousal visa for an arranged marriage. Unfortunately, the marriage was not a happy one. During her time at Inspire, Ame’s confidence came on leaps and bounds and she discovered skills she had all along. Her work experience was a huge milestone, leading to a Kickstart position. Since, she has been working consistently and growing in confidence.
