I hated the love triangle but I do not believe Simon would have found his way back to Wille so soon without it. The lack of feelings he has for Marcus helped him realize how special what he had with Wilhelm was.

The juxtaposition with Edvin and his character Wilhelm is so funny to me. In all of these interviews Edvin is so goofy and bubbly, which is practically the opposite of his character. It’s so amazing how he’s able to completely change his entire personality, demeanor and mannerisms. That’s just some incredible talent

Wilhelm would have given the exact speech that was written for him were it not for the transformation initiated within him due to the presence, love, and intimate engagement of and with Simon. Simon is THE catalyst for the enormous shift that Wilhelm goes through, thus creating in Wilhelm the Being who would be worthy of leading others. Tradition is the antithesis to transformation and Simon is Wilhelm's baptism by love, into full transformation. Therein lies the true "Revolution!"

I think part of the reason for that is that we have multiple romantic plotlines - if you can call them that - in S2 and only one in S1 and it’s really heavy on the conflict and heartbreak.

I found this season slightly less fulfilling and more stressful than the first. Whether that is because it actually was or whether the state of the world has made me crave warm, comforting scenes even more.... either way i hope we get season 3 where their joint conflict is to be public as a couple and how to deal with the queen and media. Marcus can stay in the stables thx (no matter how nice Tommy seems, Marcus gave me off vibes from his first scene).

Aww cute! I actually REALLY love the writing, that seasin 2 didnt end on a massive unresolved irritating incomplete cliff hanger... I needed it to be positive for that moment!! And im getting so sick of half stories on netflix "waiting to see if they get the numbers"... So cudos for letting the writer complete a chapter in the natural story.. But OMG I WANT TO KNOW SO MUCH MORE ALREADY!! What happens to sara, and because of her call?! What happens to all of them!! What happens to our favourite lovers? They are still so young and still up against so much, and I want them to find peace and power and find a way!!! So much!!!
