I always cry for watches this episode can’t stop crying for a while . Mental disease is always so hard , but , normal healthy people never understanding it , particularly at a country , I never say that country’s name . Dr. Sturgis is so cute , but , he is sick , depression ? It’s so sad to quit to love someone by disease … it’s deep actual truly “ Love “ . Then , I never quit to love someone , ever . It needs to be loved someone like Dr. Sturgis situation , if , anyone tries to break someone loves someone , just “ Evil “ and “ Heartless “ like psychopath .

Is anybody going to mention the seriously messed up narration for this episode by somebody other than Jim Parsons reading stage directions from the script? It was so distracting I couldn't even finish watching the episode. What happened to Jim Parsons that nobody seems to even be talking about on You Tube? Why wasn't he narrating?
