in the voice it's not only about finding a good voice, but about coaching as well. if the coaches don't fill like it's a right fit to coach the contestant, then they better step down and not turn because if they turn they will screw the artist anyway because they cannot coach them well. Better pick someone they can develop well and win the whole competition plus each coaches have a quota in their team so they have to be very picky in choosing which contestants can represent them well and win the competition. old souls rarely win anyway because the young people prefer the more current sounding voices.

Now they need back up singers rolling around on the floor and wind machines or all that crap going on behind the singer. And now these songs are revived by these fantastic singers.
