But to claim he is a criminal, without him being found guilty by a jury of his peers is the definition of unconstitutional and unAmerican. If you watched any of the case, you would know the DA wholly failed to prove their case. The fact that he would languish in jail unless he pleaded, without even the opportunity to bond out, in and of itself appears prejudicial and frankly unconstitutional.

And the family of Donovan Thomas who has to witness the judge, the witnesses that were YSL members & the whole defense side make a mockery of his death. Laughing and joking about his death. I truly feel so bad for everyone negatively affected by this whole situation. This has got to be 1 hurtful outcome to watch the light sentences and the ring leader Jeffery walk free.
