I just wish they had not canceled the show & continued telling this great story. They had the perfect cast, everyone seems to get along great behind the scenes, & it is a story worth telling! Why do they have to end it? The fans don't want it to end!! I know that they have completed the show a while ago, and the stars have all gone on to other projects, but I really think that the studio screwed up when they canceled this show. I wish it would have been saved. #SaveShadowHunters ♥♥♥

Most likely was that it didn't have enough viewers every new season the viewer count just went lower and lower from 900k to 300k

@@marywilliam869 shadow hunters got cancelled. They completed the season with a proper ending luckily. Because sometimes when shows get cancelled the TV show company's don't let them do a final ending episode/ season. but the show could kept going if it didn't get cancelled

because the show hadn't have enough views and was not giving enough money to the company, so they cancelled it. they did it with a lot of different shows at the same time, same with "cloak & dagger" which i love. unfortunatelly, companies cancel multiple shows every month and we can't do much

@@maddiem7014 If you really look into it, they were more subtle than that. She did two things: Remembered Jace and inquired about his tattoos. That lets us know that she's already started to remember AND she's open to being taught about the shadow world again. It just needed more time. I personally don't think it was much of a cliffhanger because no matter what she can be with Jace again.
