I hate when interviewers "do their research" and then just ask the same questions. "So I read that you were a janitor" CMM verifies that indeed he was. He's spoken about his first jobs multiple times in previous interviews. She continues to keep talking about it 🤦 Your not a fact checker you are an interviewer. Quit asking things people already know and ask something new. If you found the answer in a previous interview then here's a hint, that question is not new.
