Same for Gel as Acrylic... you can do 3 to 1... or 2 to 1 for richness.

So, depending on the pigment, it can really vary. BUT, the one thing they do have in common is that you don't need a lot. Use VERY little... like for 1/4oz jar, like the one he's using, you can start with just like a pinch (like the same as salt), mix it in thoroughly and you have to test it and see how rich it is.. add a hair more at a time. We may do a video on this. Great question.

You can use core, but it will be pretty slow.. as the glitter slows it down.

Like he mentions in the video our jars are 1/4 oz so we usually recommend filling up with clear to the first line (about 3/4 of the jar) then the rest with glitter, or like he said towards the end of the video if you are using a scoop of any kind the scoop ratio would be a 3 to 1 ratio. 3 scoops clear to 1 scoop glitter
