Loved the common sense in number 2. In other industries,we manufactured out product here in Chicago so I clung to backing our product with my soul. Amazons abit of a different walking path. I learned and recouped here on your video about Alibaba especially noticed the sites somewhat foreign. Do experiences differ bigtime between manufacturers? Alibab.com is now a trillion dollar company so I do trust it more now than before. Also, testing the product before selling altogether seems wise enough and reflects Integrity on the forefront. Idle-Hands are the devils playground. Using time wisely is old money-new money. Keep doing good!!

Tip for FBA sellers in the UK and Europe - when importing products from China, railway shipping is actually an extremely cost-effective (and more environmentally friendly) way to ship your products to Amazon. It's quicker than sea (as China is connected to Europe by land) and much cheaper than air (about 1/3 to 1/2 the price).

Just a question, I understand the whole process of selecting a product, getting suppliers and shipping to amazon takes some time (probably 2-3 months as Im not from US), how do we make sure that the demand is still the same after those months? Or what if there are sellers launch a better product earlier than you?

Great question! Your job when doing your product research is to look at search and sale HISTORY. So you're not just looking at how it's been selling over the last few months but over the few years. This way you can identify any trends and have confidence that it will still be in demand in the near future.

My husband and I will be doing this together. We decided to buy two items, one he will chose and one I will chose. I see many times that Amazon shops are themed or named by the brand. Is it ok to have a random shop with various items on it that dont relate to each other? So in short how does 1 seller with one profile sell various items? Does it matter that the items arnt in sync with each other? And what if you do brand an item? Should you turn your account into that brand? I have a website that is multi label so it can get confusing with the web domain so thats why I ask.

Yes, you can direct people from your website to Amazon but not the other way around. Remember this: Amazon doesn't want you to direct people AWAY from their site and encourages sellers who bring people TO their site.

Very informative and helpful! I put the cart before the horse and didn't realize it until I watched this video. I tried creating my seller central Amazon account but I don't have the tax id and ssn for the business yet. Will this cause problems with them accepting my account once I get this information?
