We all have days that we skip training or eat one too many treats. The anxiety that comes with thinking you’ve screwed everything up and are back to zero is actually more damaging than the day you’ve had itself. It’s easy to fall into the idea that without perfection, your effort is worthless. But this isn’t true. Consistency over a prolonged period of time is what matters. A day here and there with minor slip ups is not the end-all. What matter’s is that you hop right back on the train. Today, I’ll leave you with some tangible ways to do this.

Once again, FBB delivers just the right video at the right time! I went on holiday break like most people, but I also tested positive for Covid on Christmas Eve. I'm finally healthy again and trying to get back into the groove after being sick and away from the gym. Love this positive message, thanks as always for the great content and helpful guidance!

Hi; are there any tips you think it’s important to keep doing for females with 15% body fat? ( maintain throughout the year being natural! )

Good question! I would recommend eating in a style that I call "maingaining." Eat your maintenance macros, and train really hard in the gym. That's how I've maintained my body composition without going through cycles of bulking and cutting. Hope this helps!
