Thank you for using so many tools (graphics from your phone) to explain mothers healing journey. For me it reminds me of how much we are connected. People are her Shadow. Instead of cutting the cord. You take some salt in your hand, with you into the shower. Lightly scrub your skin with the salt whilst showering. You can also place salt in an organza bag and place it over the head of your shower. Tie it tightly. Have a great shower 🚿 cleanse
