Sometimes I feel that it's better to be selfish because my trust, love and care has only brought betrayal and heartache. I am still trying to pick up the pieces but it's a fight against my mind against my depression and self hatred. I have been used for 30 years trying to help someone that I thought loved me and I thought I love them until I realize one day there was no love left.
