Hey, just came back from reading up to chapter 64 of this manhwa, so I wanna talk bout it. [Spoilers ahead!!] The plot has been good so far, not a boring manhwa. The climax with the calamities/ evil calamity was interesting, really makes you root for the mc. The female characters in this one are good, like Xia Yau, she has a crush on the mc (I think) but is still a capable and endearing character. And they didn't do anything weird between them, even tho she's technically part of the MC's harem now. And as of now, this comic actually gets you to want the MC to have a harem, I just find it kinda funny on how they fawn over the MC. There are also sad parts, like the Bushi (I think?) village arc, with the whole night gohst incident and how it actually has a sad story, almost made me cry, almost. The MC is clever and not dumb, and doesn't fully rely on his bluffing, because he knows his cover could be blown at any minute, wich is a breath of fresh air. Tho right now, it's only his third upgrade. The action is good, the characters are good, the art is good, most of the time. Oh and btw, the book gets a human form, but it's technically genderless and just shifts it's form to whatever the MC prefers. So if you see the book as a blond beauty, don't worry to much, they don't do anything weird (mostly) with the system's character. You also get less second hand embarrassment from this story, even tho there are still times you feel like yelling at your device "no it's a misunderstanding!!" Or "no what are you doing😭😭". But it's mostly all good I guess. Or maybe that's just me because I 'm so used to seeing reincarnation cultivation manhwa MC's do dumb shit, but the plan turns out good anyway. And you're just left there reading it with such second hand embarrassment. But man the misunderstandings in this manhwa are killing me, like, "no he did not hook up with her damnit!! 😭" But all in all, I would say it's a recommend read. Keep up the good videos bro!!
