LOL i paused this to go get some water and started singing rock the boat by aliyah then when i pressed play you said "because that'll rock the boat" 😂 Thank you so much Julia. This is exactly what I was asking for today. A way to stop abandoning myself. I get a bit stuck at my crown :/ I feels sick and like I'm panicking and want to throw up. But I want to keep trying. I think its because I've experienced mental abuse. ✨️🐝𓋹🌹✨️
