Just to clarify: I intentionally used gray filament because it highlights artifacts very well under studio lighting. The lighting significantly amplifies their visibility, even though these artifacts are not as noticeable in normal daylight. Additionally, the object was printed with an open build chamber, which can cause warping and lead to imperfect layer stacking. This may give the impression of imprecision, especially in the layers, but this is not typically visible in regular conditions.

Danke, gleich mal ein Abo da gelassen. Jetzt hab ich gleich wieder was zu verbessern an meiner Klipper-Installation. Das erweiterte Plugin kannte ich noch nicht.

I'd love for you to cover more orca options like scarf seam, and others like variable pressure advance

I will Look into this.

The v0 uses smooth bearing stacks against belt teeth which will introduce vfas on X. You can’t simply switch to toothed idlers either because the tiny bearings in idlers of those size will fail quickly. There are some gantry mods being worked on like Tulip that should resolve this issue by using live shafts with a custom 16T pulley.

Thank you for the hint. I will Look if i have VFA. Atm i dont See one but it can caused i used the Fysetc modified V0.2 CNC.

The fysetc cnc gantry still has the same bearing stack as stock. I’m talking about the two bearings here on the right at 1:05 under the red metal bit that the belt is wrapping around.

Thank you for this information. I will have a look but at the Moment i have no issues. But i can check this on my fysetc trident. But the trident use bigger idler.
