The Eagle & the raven. There was a raven jealous of the eagle. He wanted to be as big as the eagle, have stronger claws and a beak that could rip meat like a dagger. The raven wanted to be the king of the mountain and he wanted every creature of the forest to fear him & bow down before him. One day the raven decided to get rid of the eagle so he flew to a high branch & waited for the eagle to come and drink water in a nearby creek. As the eagle ascended, the raven plucked his tail feathers. The eagle kept ascending while the raven struggled to achieve higher altitude. No matter how hard the raven flapped his wings, he could not reach the eagle. The eagle continued ascending, unmoved by the angry black bird following him. He stayed focused on the top of the mountain, where his nest was. He knew that he could easily kill the raven if he wanted to. At a certain height, the raven became exhausted. The air became too thin & the raven lost consciousness. As he was falling back into his place, he realized that great heights are reserved for a king for a reason - a king can handle it. Suddenly the raven realized his wings had stopped moving. He hit the ground & broke them. This happens to those who try stopping Glory manifesting in You. God bless You. Shalom!🦅
