Thank you for this! I noticed yesterday during a qi gong Energy Healing program im in, I started noticing energy coming off and around my hands and arms while we were warming up. I had never seen this before. EVERY full moon (and also very strong sun flares/CME's), for about 3 or 4 days, I feel knocked down like I've got the flu, my entire body aches, I feel agitated for no reason, overwhelmed/depressed, very emotional, and can barely function from lack of energy. Anyone get this also?? (I'm 59 and post menopause, but it feels like horrible PMS at times, and I used to get that time of the month around full moon also).

I’m wondering about something…. I lost hearing in my left ear overnight about a year and a half ago…have serious vertigo ever since. It’s kinda rough going sometimes. I’ve always healed myself with the tools I have within. Not working on this situation. Is this ascension symptoms?
