I have not gotten a promotion in my work for over 15 years. It was always one thing or another, my boss got replaced, global financial crisis, company profits were down etc. I persevered but I did not conquer. How can Christ who loved me did not help to conquer all these issues I faced?

What I've learned is, that no matter what the circumstances are, however it may look, however long it's been, God Is still good. And what looks like deliverance to me, may look entirely different to God. i just have to keep believing that God is God & His thoughts towards me are as many as the grains of sand AND those thoughts are GOOD thoughts. Someday, ONE DAY, It will be Pay Day & at long last, we will see Jesus face-to-face! Until then, I'm just me, here on the earth, thanking God for His goodness, even when it feels like the exact OPPOSITE. i think it's called, "the sacrifice of praise". God bless you, even now. i bid you peace.
