Yay! It's about damn time is here! First this video than some quiet time with the book. Thank you, Arlan for doing what you do. You do not hold back that perverbial secret step like most others. You put it right out there for the taking to any bold enough to move on it and work at it and keep going no matter what things presently might look like. Next week I will have Your First Million 📖. What an incredible gift & feeling to know you are changing the world. Again, thank you.

Yessss, me too, oh my goodness. Not everything we sell is for everyone. I guess that's why there are different levels of supermarkets.

You are so on target and operate with common sense. I’ve owned two businesses and everything you re saying I can relate to as I’ve tried a lot of what you suggest and these things were successful. I live listening to you

Thank you for sharing value ❤. Many years ago when I launched my product I was facing the pricing dilemma. When I initially launched my design I didn't know how to properly price it because I knew it was a luxury product as confirmed by experts in the industry. So I priced it very cheap, barely making a profit to attract people. As I began to increase the cost of my products, clients began to get upset because they couldn't afford it and wanted the entire collection. I am now entering a phase where Like you say, I Wil make this product for a selective group who can afford it because that's the way for growth.

Wow! Hit home hard. How can I apply this idea for my full custom jewelry studio? I am not a service oriented like an HR firm or Tech service. I am selling tangible goods. I really want to sell to higher paying customers. Tired of the lowballers and tirekickers. Help!

It really depends on how much you currently charge for your custom jewelry. You could look at your overall costs across the board and raise them all. Or you could determine which type of jewelry, customization, or occasion brings in the most income compared to the effort and/or time and focus only on that (while also raising those prices slightly over time). For instance, if engagement jewelry does better than most other types, you could say that you only do x number per month and create a waiting list, so that it's always full due to the rareness of it. Instead of doing 50 per month, you could do 10 per month and charge more each. This is just an example since I don't know your store.

I get it-running a business can be really tough and discouraging at times. Remember why you started and keep that passion in mind. Celebrate the small wins, as they’re all progress. Use setbacks as learning opportunities and don't hesitate to seek support from fellow entrepreneurs. Success takes time, so be patient with yourself and keep pushing forward. You've got this! 💪
