I’m biased but I reckon Villa’s promotion season would be a better watch than their relegation. Near liquidation, new owners, hot start, Bruce out and Smith + Terry in, horrible winter with Grealish out, Tammy nearly leaving in January, Grealish back and named captain, the Blues incident with the fan hitting him + him scoring the winner, the historic winning run, penalties in the playoff semi-final, and finally the playoff final win. It’s everything the Sunderland and Leeds documentary wanted to be and more. It would’ve been a storybook.

As a West Ham fan I would love to see one on the 15/16 season. Failing in the preliminary rounds of European qualification in August losing to a Romanian side. Opening game of the season beat arsenal at the Emirates with reece oxford being the youngest player to start for the club in the premier league and he had Ozil in his back pocket. With other big wins like our first win at anfield in over 50 years and a league double over then plus FA cup victory as well. Wins vs Man U, Spurs (which had big arrest for fans violence on green street), Chelsea and Man City. Payet wonder goals. Last season at the boyeln ground with that dramatic last game vs Man U with fans attacking the United team bus and most shocking of all Andy Carroll scoring a 8 minute hat trick against arsenal to level the game 3-3 making him our joint top scorer in the prem with 9 goals. Then lastly finishing with a record point tally of 62 points and a 7th place finish

The only Chelsea manager who got sacked without the influence of Terry, Lampard, and Drogba while they were all there was when Ancelotti got the boot. They might have been in tears when Jose went, but they wouldn't have been anything more than for other peoples benefit. Everyone knows that they decided when they needed a new coach. Basically like what Ronaldo does

Arsenal 13/14 would be interesting. The season we signed Ozil and Aaron Ramsey played like a world beater... Only to get injured and watch our title hopes crumble along with him. Just went things were going to shit, we make it to an FA Cup Final... Only to be 2-0 down in the early stages of the game. That Aaron Ramsey goal AET to end our trophy drought... Yeah, what a whirlwind of emotions that season turned out to be.

In a world where players spend the last days of their career abroad, I thought it would be an interesting one.

Villa should have been last season- start under Steve Bruce score goal of the season and a couple of last minute winners then we throw a cabbage at him in a game where we throw a 2-0 lead away to 3-2, equalize then miss a penalty to get him sacked. Replace him with a boyhood villa fan, beat blues 4-2 with Hutton scoring that goal. 5-5 game with forest. Falling apart when grealish gets injured and 13th in march. Then grealish gets twatted by a blues fan and scores the winner. Then we go on to win 10 in a row. Then that Leeds match with them letting us score a goal. Finally the playoffs and getting promotion- amazing season.

And yeah, Klopp left after that season, i still cry tbh.

Man City 11/12 would've been better. You could start off with the bottling of a 2-0 lead to lose 3-2 to United in the Community Shield, then there was the 6-1 Manchester derby in October, elimination in the UCL group stages despite getting 10pts, and another 3-2 loss to United in the FA Cup. Then City managed to lose their lead at the top of the table, fall eight points behind in the new year, clawed back the gap with Kompany scoring the winner in another derby, and of course the last game against QPR and the Aguero goal. Crazy season with a pretty cinematic ending.
