Re: Dottie's treats. Tocopherols aren't bad. Alpha Tocopherol is Vitamin E. Mixed Tocopherols usually contain that, and other closely related organic compounds that help with preservation by virtue of their antioxidant effects. Being a little bit of a chemistry nerd sometimes comes in handy.
