This mod reminds me of one of the most disturbing mods in minecraft, something along the lines of Creeps and Weirdos. It has a guy that pisses himself, a lollipop man trying to find his lost son, some weird guy that makes you pay money when you litter or kill mobs and if you don't pay up you have to go to jail, a really annoying cat mob, a weird pony mob, strange castle spawns with weird bosses there, etc etc. There's even a glitched item that makes random dirt and stone blocks appear in the air, and sometimes I would make parkour with it.
